Relax With Joyful Creativity
NO ART SKILLS NEEDED
Did you know that one of the easiest ways to relieve stress and solve a problem is to not focus on it too hard?
This doesn’t mean you shouldn’t think about it. But according to neuroscience, one of the most effective ways to destress and find solutions is by allowing your mind to shift gears—do something simple, something that doesn’t demand much mental effort.
You could peel potatoes, dust, or fold laundry...
or, better yet,
You could tap into your creativity!
If you're curious about using creativity to release stress, solve problems, and tap into the inner you, join me for an enjoyable and relaxing Creative Stress Relief class.
If you can write letters of the alphabet like C, I, O, and S, you’re going to do great!

WHAT YOU NEED
1. Clothes that can get *dirty*
2. Supplies of your choice
3. An open and curious mind
1. CLOTHES:
I highly suggest wearing clothing that won't matter if you happen to accidently drop your marker or your paint brush.
2. SUPPLIES:
Feel free to use whatever supplies you'd like. Some like colored pencils, crayons, or markers. Others enjoy charcoal, oil pastels, acrylics, watercolors, etc. You can use whatever medium you desire.
If you're new to creating this way, at a minimum bring some copier paper, a pen, and a marker. You'll be able to create a one color image.
You're welcome to bring any additional supplies you want.
(There is no right or wrong for this class.)
3. OPEN & CURIOUS MIND:
If you've never done this type of art before my hope is you'll find it to be calming and relaxing. Please come with an open and curious mind because we are all here to experiment, to see what happens, even to allow it to be yucky.
Some people may want to create a monochromatic image.
Monochromatic just means "one color" like this black & white image.
Other's may want to color in areas that look and feel good to them.
Either way is fine.
Do what feels fun for you!
